Returns

Returns are possible at MYJAMA within 14 days of receiving the goods, but only for orders from Germany and the European Union. The products must be returned unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging.

To initiate a return, please follow our simple online return process available in your user account. Once we have received and inspected your return, the purchase price will be promptly refunded.
