General Terms and Conditions (GTC)

1) Scope

1.1 These General Terms and Conditions (GTC) of Regina Meinke, acting as "MyJama Regina Meinke" (hereinafter referred to as "Seller"), apply to all contracts for the delivery of goods concluded between a consumer or entrepreneur and the Seller with respect to the goods displayed in the Seller's online shop.

2) Conclusion of Contract

2.1 The product descriptions in the online shop do not constitute binding offers by the Seller but serve as an invitation to submit a binding offer by the customer.

3) Right of Withdrawal

3.1 Consumers generally have a right of withdrawal.

4) Prices and Payment Conditions

4.1 Unless otherwise stated in the Seller's product description, the prices quoted are total prices that include statutory VAT.

5) Delivery and Shipping Conditions

The delivery period shall commence upon the Seller’s acceptance of the order.

6) Retention of Title

The Seller retains title to the goods until the purchase price is paid in full.

7) Warranty

In case of defects, the provisions of the statutory warranty law shall apply.

8) Liability

The Seller is liable according to the applicable statutory provisions.

9) Redemption of Promotional Vouchers

Promotional vouchers issued free of charge by the Seller can only be redeemed in the Seller's online shop.

10) Redemption of Gift Vouchers

Gift vouchers can only be redeemed in the Seller's online shop.

11) Governing Law

The laws of the Federal Republic of Germany shall apply.
