A. Right of Withdrawal

Introduction

Consumers are entitled to a right of withdrawal according to the following provisions, where a consumer is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly not attributable to their commercial or independent professional activity.

Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, took possession of the last goods.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (Regina Meinke, MyJama Regina Meinke, Traminer Str. 8, 81547 Munich, Germany, Phone: +49 176 23901903, Email: regina@myjama.de) of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear declaration (e.g., a letter sent by post or email). You may use the attached sample withdrawal form, but it is not mandatory.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send the communication regarding your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

Consequences of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse you for all payments we have received from you, including delivery charges (except for the additional costs arising if you chose a different type of delivery than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us) without undue delay and at the latest within fourteen days from the day on which we received the notification of your withdrawal from this contract. For this reimbursement, we will use the same payment method that you used for the initial transaction, unless explicitly agreed otherwise with you; in no case will you be charged fees for this reimbursement. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or until you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever is earlier.

You shall return or hand over the goods to us without undue delay and in any event no later than fourteen days from the day on which you communicate your withdrawal from this contract to us. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period of fourteen days has expired.

You bear the direct costs of returning the goods.

You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.

General Instructions

1) Please avoid damage and contamination of the goods. Please return the goods in the original packaging with all accessories and all packaging components. If necessary, use protective outer packaging. If you no longer have the original packaging, please ensure adequate protection against transport damage with suitable packaging.

2) Please do not return the goods freight collect.

3) Please note that the above items 1-2 are not prerequisites for the effective exercise of the right of withdrawal.
